Yesterday – 22nd Nov., the club hosted an annual four club competition. Our guests were members from Sale P.S., MAPS (Manchester Amateur P.S.), and Stockport P.S. The judge for the evening was Keith Barber who, as judges go, had four clubs to contend with instead of the usual one.
I say so myself but I thought, considering this was our first time being involved in a four way battle, our little club got it’s act together and as hosts made our guests warmly welcome with ‘even’ mince pies on offer during the interval. The results of a very friendly battle were thus:

2nd Davyhulme C.C.
3rd Stockport P.S.
4th MAPS
A great way to meet other neighbouring clubs.
